JOB DESCRIPTION

You will help both FULLY and our portfolio companies with everything concerning Entrepreneurship.

Your main challenges and responsibilities include

Developing the go-to-market strategy with our founding team
Supporting the Founder Team in rescope, optimisation and expansion
Analysing new product and customer segments with subsequent planning and implementation of innovative growth initiatives with the Sales Lead
Optimizing existing processes across all areas in the venture as well as creating new processes
Help build a stellar team

We are looking for these traits and experiences in you

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master in Business / Economics or a related field
Experience in highly competitive environments such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital or a high-growth start-up
Being interested and passionate about growth startups and disrupting industries
Strong analytical and communication skills as well as hands-on mentality
Being a flexible generalist and solution-oriented pragmatic as well as proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint and curiosity for new technologies
Ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners and investors and take the initiative to get involved
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely
