JOB DESCRIPTION

You will help both FULLY and our portfolio companies.

Your main challenges and responsibilities include

Conducting research and analysis to gather relevant information and insights for projects
Preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Contributing to the development of recommendations and solutions for our clients' business challenges
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute to the firm's knowledge base
Help grow our consulting business by actively identifying new business opportunities

We are looking for these traits and experiences in you

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field such as business, economics, or engineering from a top university
3+ years of relevant work experience, such as internships or entry-level positions in consulting, marketing or a related industry
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software
Understanding of business strategy and operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely
