JOB DESCRIPTION

You will help both FULLY and our portfolio companies with everything concerning Research and data.

Your main challenges and responsibilities include

Data-driven targeting of multichannel marketing campaigns (online, direct, key account)
Performance analysis of different channels based on transactional & web-tracking data
Creating reports, charts, and graphs to present data in an understandable format
Identifying trends and patterns in data and making recommendations based on findings for FULLY and our portfolio companies
Proactively define potential marketing & sales opportunities based on data
Establishment of a reporting structure to measure all marketing & sales activities
Communicating findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders

We are looking for these traits and experiences in you

Successfully completed studies in the field of IT/ business administration/marketing/data science or comparable fields of study
Relevant experience in building effective reports & analyses (e.g. in Tableau) as well as basic knowledge in building & extending scalable data warehouses
High IT and marketing affinity and an internal interest in research
Preeminent communication, interpersonal skills, and willingness to take responsibility from day one
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely
